Orders & Production

Are your pieces made to order?
Yes. Each design is handcrafted in limited runs (only 50 pieces per design). Standard production is 2–3 weeks before shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin production quickly. Requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Do you ever restock?
No. once a design reaches 50 pieces, it is retired. New capsules drop throughout the year.

Materials & Care

What materials do you use?
14k solid gold, sterling silver and natural gemstones (never plated or vermeil).

Why might my gemstone look slightly different?
Natural stones vary subtly in color, pattern, and inclusions, these variations make each piece unique.

Domestic U.S. and international.

Duties & taxes
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever possible, we cover VAT/duties and brokerage fees so there are no surprise charges at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Note: In a few countries where DDP isn’t supported by carriers, local taxes may still be collected on delivery. If that applies to your destination, we’ll email you before shipping.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

What is your return policy?
All made-to-order purchases are final sale. For items delivered damaged or with a verified craftsmanship defect, submit a claim within 7 days for store credit after inspection.

Do you offer repairs?
Yes. Repairs are complimentary within 60 days. After 60 days, repairs are fee-based.

Lost or stolen packages
To protect your order, we ship with signature required. After the carrier marks a package Delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
