Overview
Every piece is handcrafted to order in limited runs. Standard production is 2–3 weeks before shipping.
Shipping
Carriers & tracking
We ship via FedEx.
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order leaves our studio.
Signature required
To protect your order, all shipments are sent Signature Required.
After the carrier marks a package Delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
International shipping (VAT/duties included)
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most destinations — we cover VAT/duties and brokerage fees so there are no surprise charges at delivery.
In rare countries where DDP isn’t supported, we’ll email you before shipping.
Delivery estimates
USA: 2–5 business days in transit after production.
International: timing varies by destination and customs.
Failed delivery/returns to sender
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missed signatures, or refusal, we can reship (additional postage applies).

Because each piece is made specifically for you, purchases are final sale.
If something arrives less than perfect
If your item arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship issue, email clientservices@ankletarchive.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Once authorized and returned, we’ll issue store credit after inspection.
Condition for return (defect claims)
Unworn, in original packaging, with all included materials (care & authenticity card).
Claims initiated after 7 days or for worn/used items may not qualify.
Processing time
Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt at our studio for inspection and store-credit issuance.
Repairs & Warranty
Craftsmanship warranty (free)
If there’s a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace at no charge within 60 days of delivery.
Accidental damage (fee-based repair)
Snags, pulls, kinks, impact, chemical/water exposure, or other non-defect damage can be repaired for a quoted fee.

Shipping for repairs
Warranty repairs: you ship to us; we cover return shipping.
Accidental repairs: shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility.
Typical repair turnaround: 7–14 business days once received.
Packaging
Orders arrive in our signature packaging with an authenticity card and care card.
